Refund & Exchange

Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY.

 

NO REFUNDS!

Accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

International returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. Walk in location, or local delivery must be returned within 3 days of delivery/ date or receipt date.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with product tags attached.  A store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued to the email on file once your returned item is received and processed.  The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please email us at  casegranted@gmail.com

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.

Warranty

The standard warranty on all electronic items such as earphones, Bluetooth headsets, smartwatches, and phones is 15 days.

Screen protectors delivered in an unusable state will be replaced once sufficient evidence is provided. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item.
